Please read carefully

 

  • There are NO REFUNDS after a purchase has been made. 

 

  • Please allow 7 days for your order to be processed, wrapped and shipped out. 

 

  • Once paintings are shipped you will receive a tracking number where you can track your scheduled delivery via USPS.com If you do not receive an email with tracking information PLEASE email me.

  • If your order is returned due to error on your behalf (not adding your apartment number, wrong address, etc...) you are responsible for the shipping fees for me to ship your order back out. An invoice in the shipping amount will be emailed to you.

 

  • It is YOUR responsibility to track your package and contact your local post office if your package has not arrived by it's due date.

 

  • Damaged goods delivered in the possession of mail carrier requires actions taken up with that carrier (ex. UPS, USPS). Absolutely NO REFUNDS.

  • Standard insurance for shipping comes with each order however, I highly suggest getting full covered insurance. If you decline full coverage please understand that you are taking the chance and it is not my responsibility if goods are damaged.
