S H I P P I N G  P O L I C Y

Please read carefully

 

  • For all custom work you will receive an invoice that is required to be paid up front. The invoice includes; the cost of the painting as well as the shipping charges.

 

  • Custom work can take up to 2 months for completion, unless otherwise stated.

 

  • There are NO REFUNDS after a purchase has been made. 

 

  • Please allow 7 days for your painting to be processed, wrapped and shipped out. 

 

  • Once paintings are shipped you will receive a tracking number where you can track your scheduled delivery via USPS.com or UPS.com

 

  • It is YOUR responsibility to track your package and contact your local post office if your package has not arrived by it's due date.

 

  • Unpaid invoices (if you have one) will be cancelled out within 7days.

 

  • Damaged goods delivered in the possession of mail carrier requires actions taken up with that carrier (ex. UPS, USPS). Absolutely NO REFUNDS.

  • Standard insurance for shipping comes with each order however, I highly suggest getting full covered insurance. If you decline full coverage please understand that you are taking the chance and it is not my responsibility if goods are damaged.
